Premiere: The NOVA 5eT All-Electric Injection Molding Machine Makes Its Live Debut at a German Trade
At Fakuma 2026, NEGRI BOSSI NISSEI will present the fully electric NOVA 5eT injection molding machine series in live operation for the first time at a trade show in Germany.
The NOVA 5eT combines energy-efficient drive technology, intelligent process control and IoT manufacturing technology for sustainable, connected plastics production. Its high precision, short cycle times, compact design and maximum repeatability make it especially suitable for demanding applications in medical technology and in the electrical and electronics industries.
NEGRI BOSSI NISSEI will also present two automated injection molding solutions with integrated in-house automation. These fully coordinated production cells combine the injection molding machine, robotics and downstream processes into one seamless end-to-end solution from a single source. The system covers part handling, quality control, marking and packaging.
Another focus is the Smart Factory. With the N-Constellation concept, the injection molding machine becomes the central network hub. It connects peripheral devices and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) via OPC UA and creates a transparent production environment. Complementary digital solutions such as Meltmaster, automated material changeover, N-QR Scan and the PQ Manager support process optimization, real-time quality monitoring and resource-efficient operation.
